Where to Find¶

You can obtain acorns by killing bushy-tailed squirrels or destroying trees.In addition, they are occasionally found on the ground.






You can find up to 18 Acorns by searching the base of the three large trees at the Sage Temple Ruins, west of Central Tower.Just be aware that some fallen Guardians are scattered around Central Tower.

Next, there are 6 Acorns divided into two groups within the Forest of Spirits on the Great Plateau.

As for Lake Floria's squirrel population, you can expect to see from 7 to 10 around the lake.Fast-travel to Lakeside Stable, and then head east across the bridge.Upon entering the forest, you will see a single squirrel (with some tiny birds nearby) and then the group of three squirrels bunched together (easy targets for a Bomb Arrow).

Last but not least, if you don’t have the heart to kill squirrels or they keep running before you can whack them, you can try your hand on a simpler target: trees.

Certain trees, particularly those with many leaves, have a 20% chance of dropping Acorns. While it’s not as high as the squirrels’ drop rate, at least trees are extremely common. Also, if you feel bad for deforestation, trees will respawn very quickly.

You shouldn’t have problem finding trees, but if your mind is drawing a blank, try Dalite Forest south-east from Satori Mountain. The mountain itself is also a good place, but many trees are located near slopes and Acorns are round, so…
